Solicitor General of Ontario
nreferenced|date=December 2009}} The Solicitor General of Ontario was in charge of the Ministry of the Solicitor General of Ontario is responsible for police and other law enforcement agencies in the province. In 2002 the ministry was merged with the Ministry of Correctional Services to become the Ministry of Public Safety and Security which, in 2003, was renamed the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
The Ministry delivers and administers a wide range of law enforcement services including:
